The Administration and Labor Relations General Coordination manages the institution staff processes, administer accountable records, and informs about the financial situation, makes sure that the labor and fiscal obligation are complied with as well as manages the material resources and general services for the University General Rectorate and Child Development Centers.

Biographical Note

Chemical Engineering Master and PhD degrees by Claude Bernard University, Lyon I, France. Chemical Engineer Undergraduate Degree by Autonomous Metropolitan University. Academic Researcher and Professor Titular C at Energy´s Department in the Basic Sciences and Engineering Academic Division (BSEAD) of the Azcapotzalco Unit.

She served as Secretary of the Azcapotzalco Campus (2019-2021), Head (2016-2019) and Academic Secretary (2012-2016) of the Basic Sciences and Engineering Academic Division of the same Campus.

She has participated in several processes of adaptation, modification and accreditation of Bachelor’s Engineering Study Plans and development of the Process Engineering Postgraduate Study Plan at the Basic Sciences and Engineering Academic Division at the Azcapotzalco Unit. She has been a member of the Editorial Board and various commissions of the BSEAD, as well as a member and president of the Engineering Ruling Commission.

Purpose

To coordinate personnel services and support activities in the management of labor relations at the University, as well as the accounting records of university dependencies and general administration services, with the greatest opportunity, efficiency, and effectiveness, strictly adhering to the labor, tax, accounting, and administrative provisions that apply through specialization in said matter.

Assignment

Efficiently and effectively manage institutional resources in order to meet the essential needs that allow the development of the substantive and support functions of the University through the correct management of personnel, labor relations, accounting execution, the provision of material goods and the provision of general services, to comply with the corresponding National and University Legislations, endorsing the principles of transparency and accountability to internal and external instances.

Perspective

Being a dependency characterized by its adherence to regulations, modernization and functional innovation that ensures the expeditious provision of the goods and services necessary to contribute to the growth and strengthening of the University, as well as the achievement of its objectives.

Purpose

To manage the acquisition of material resources and the provision of general services in coordination with university campuses and the General Rectorate, as well as to provide the required services for integral care the enrolled infants at the Child Development Centers, in order to have the goods and services that contribute to the fulfillment of the substantive functions of the University.

Purpose

To coordinate university’s accounting and budgetary operations, guaranteeing their proper classification and updating, in order to provide in a timely, truthful and reliable manner, to internal and external instances of the University the accounting information, collaborating in the transparency and proper management of their resources.

Purpose

To lead the actions that allow compliance with the obligations of the University, established within the framework of the labor relations that apply to it with strict adherence to the corresponding National or University Legislation, making the due payment of remunerations and corresponding benefits, including those of security. through the Human Resources Subsystem (SSRH) of the UAM Comprehensive Information System (SIIUAM), with the purpose of having a workforce that ensures the achievement of the institutional objective.

Purpose

To direct the actions that allow analyzing, elaborating and proposing transversal labor policy programs for the University, through coordinated work between the General Rectorate and the University Campuses, with the advice of the General Advocacy Office, which support the taking of decisions to the General Secretariat and the secretaries and secretaries of the University Campuses in relation to the conduct of labor relations with academic and administrative staff and unions, as well as harmonize and monitor compliance with contractual obligations, with the purpose of maintaining the optimal functioning and continuity of activities, as well as favoring the achievement of the institutional objective.
